How can I create a Subscribe & Save subscription?

It’s easy!  Just follow these steps:

  1. 1. Select a product that’s eligible for Subscribe & Save (see all products).
  2. 2. Choose the “Subscribe & Save” option on the product page.
  3. 3. Select your desired delivery frequency.
  4. 4. Add the product to cart and complete your order.

What are the primary benefits of Subscribe & Save?

There are several benefits of the program, including:

  • – Free priority shipping on every delivery.
  • – Convenient refills at your desired frequency.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.  You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime either online within your account, or by contacting us.  There is no cancellation fee and no minimum length of time you must keep your subscription.

Is there a minimum length of time I must keep my subscription?

No.  Pause or cancel at any time.  There’s no commitment with this program; only benefits while you’re part of it!

Can I change how frequently my product(s) are delivered?

Yes.  You can change the delivery frequency directly within your account online.  Or we’d be happy to change it for you.

Can I skip a delivery or change the date of my next shipment?

Yes.  You can change the date of your next scheduled order online within your account, or by contacting us.  

Can I change the shipping address for my Subscribe & Save shipments?

Yes.  You can change the shipping address for your shipments directly within your account online, or by contacting us.
